Härligt semesterhus beläget på en sydsluttning utanför badorten Les Issambres mellan Fréjus och Saint-Tropez. Från huset, terrasserna och poolområdet finns den mest fantastiska panoramautsikten över Medelhavet.
Det är ett äldre hus med ursprungliga stengolv, som de senaste åren har uppdaterats med nya utomhusarealer och möbler.
Huset er i två plan med följande arrangemang: Övre våning med 3 sovrum, stort vardagsrum med öppen spis och tillgång till härlig terrass med matbord och stolar samt en formidabel utsikt över Medelhavet och poolområdet nedan. Dessutom kök, badrum och toalett.
Nedre våningen består av et separat studio med tillgång via trappor utomhus. Två sovrum, badrum, toalett och tillgång till en härlig terrass.
Nedanför huset finns det vackra poolområdet med solstolar och lounge möbler.
Les Issambres erbjuder fina sandstränder med möjlighet att parkera nära vattnet. Dessutom hittar du här ett rimligt urval av butiker samt ett litet antal restauranger. Les Issambres erbjuder också en vacker småbåtshamn med plats för 440 båtar.
