House in Mugello/Tuscany

This deconsecrated chapel ist situated on the same ground as the villa with our ref. No. i5.511. It is full of charm and history and you can see the date of the construction of the chapel "1733" carved into the external wall.

Situated on the border between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, a region that is known for its good cooking: tortellini, Parma ham, Parmesan cheese, Bolognese ragù, ravioli are all from this area. Tredozio itself, the small town at the foot of the hill, boasts a Michelin starred restaurant whose chef will come and cook for you on request. Tredozio also hosts concerts during the summer ranging from Jazz to Chamber music, and has tennis courts, shops and restaurants.

La Chiesina
The chapel has been converted into a confortable home for two persons. Living room and dining area, bathroom and fully equipped separate kitchen on the ground floor. The sleeping area is on the mezzanine floor that opens onto the living area.

The tenants have the use of the facilities of the Vanzetti swimming pool as well as its own Gazebo for outdoor living.

It is possible to have dinners prepared on request.

Local produce: honey, cheese, eggs, olive oil, vegetables, chickens, rabbits are grown and produced on the estate and can be purchased directly).
