This property is in Tepli Bok just 2km from the charming Dalmatian town of Primosten, a beautiful spot on a peninsula with lovely pebble beaches. Walk through the stone paved streets full of old buildings and enjoy the shops, cafés, and restaurants such as "Babilon" and "Bila Lucica". Only 25km away is the UNESCO heritage site of Trogir with its delightful harbour and large choice of outdoor restaurants. Another interesting place is Marina Frap 5km from the house. Here you will find a splendid marina with smart yachts and a promenade full of bars and cafés plus a great restaurant; 5km away is the fascinating old Palace of Rogoznica.

Visit the beautiful National Park of Krka only 40 minutes drive away to enjoy some splendid scenery and great walking trails.

DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION

This property has direct access to the sea with a rocky beach only 5 metres away where the owner has made a jetty where you can sunbathe or swim from. The property has 6 apartments over three floors and we have selected 3 one bedroom (Type A) and 1 two bedroom apartment (Type B). The units are modern and well finished and the charming owner lives on the ground floor and is happy to give you information on the area. A shared utility room houses a washing machine. Outside is a spacious terrace and a garden plus a swimming pool 8m x 4m with good views of the sea and the islands.

Type B (sleeps 4) is 60m2 and is entered into the hall. On your right is a well equipped kitchen with hob, fridge and a microwave and a door to the living/dining room; this has dining table and chairs to seat 4 plus sofa, coffee table and satellite TV - access is from here to the lovely balcony with table and chairs and great sea views. Off the kitchen is a twin bedroom, a shower room/WC and double bedroom with sea views. The apartment has air-conditioning.

Type A (sleeps 2) is 56m2 and is entered into the living/dining area with small dining table and chairs plus sofa and satellite TV - access is from here to the lovely balcony with table and chairs and great sea views. open-plan to this is a small well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and a micro-wave. Off the dining area is a double bedroom with sea view and a shower room/WC. The apartment has air-conditioning.

Bookings with children under 8 years old will not be accepted because the front terrace has a significant drop that make it unsuitable for them.
