This beautiful residence is one of our best located holiday residences on the “Côte d’Azur”. “Costa Plana” is located 4 km west of the Principality of Monaco, 10 km east of the exceptional Cap Ferrat, and only 6 km from the highest located medieval village on the Mediterranean coast, Eze, with its famous restaurant "Chèvre d'Or". “Costa Plana” stands on the top of a rocky promontory with a panoramic view of the sea. The residence with its avant-garde style was designed by architect Jean Nouvel. Its small stone and marble buildings, with large bay windows in the apartments, blend perfectly with the hilly landscapes. All the apartments have big terraces, most of them with stunning views over the sea, Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat. All apartments have been totally refurbished in 2010.

The Mala beach (pebbles) is accessible on foot (1 km) via stairway. Deckchairs can be hired on the beach. Be aware that the descent is quite steep, though. If you have small children, we recommend a car. The Marquet beach, sport and family oriented, is located 3 km away. Beaulieu, 7,5 km west of Cap d'Ail, also offers a nice sandy beach. “Costa Plana” offers a wonderfull overflow swimmingpool overlooking the sea. At the poolside: deckchairs, mattresses and parasols are provided, depending on availability. A superb panoramic footpath which follows the coastline.

Book in advance the situation of your apartment: building, floor, close to the swimming-pool etc. with an additional fee of 55,00 €/week. Customers who have already booked have to contact the residence directly to benefit from this service. The service is subject to availability.
