A fascinating villa, perfect for relaxing and living in the real Tuscany. Situated in the hills of the Casentino Valley, that is found in the eastern part of Tuscany, in the province of Arezzo, with a particular tie with the nearby city of Florence, for historical, cultural and commercial reasons.

A traditional farmhouse from the 1800’s perfectly restored in 2006, it has maintaining intact its original architectural characteristics. The flooring in the house is in ancient terracotta and comfortably furnished with antique furniture and hand-made metal objects by the owner and the craftsmen of the valley. Surrounded by a large garden of around 2 hectares completely fenced and accessible only by a automatic opening gate within the 60 hectare property, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards cultivated and managed by the family. The large swimming pool is found in the sunniest area of the large garden.

The villa is found 800 meters from a small fraction where there are food shops, typical products and a baker, and only 2km away is the town of Santa Mama, where guests can find a post office, bank, petrol station, supermarket, some typical eateries and pizza places.

Ground floor: The entrance opens into a comfortable lounge room with armchairs, lounges and satellite TV from where can be admired the suggestive panorama through the large glass door. From here, is accessed the large dining room characterized by an enormous fireplace, the table can comfortably accommodate 12 people, a door opens onto an external covered area, furnished with a table and chairs for eating. The modern kitchen offers all the necessary conveniences for cooking. American fridge, cooking range with 5 jets, double sink, dishwasher, electric oven, micro-wave, toaster, kettle. A door opens onto the garden, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs where the valley can be admired under the hill. From the other side of the dining room there is a bathroom with a shower, and an equipped laundry.

1. floor: An internal staircase leads to the upper floor: 1 double bedroom with an ensuite service bathroom (washbasin, WC and bidet). A lounge room furnished with lounges and comfortable armchairs, ideal for cool and rainy evenings, for reading and staying together by the light of the large fireplace. From the lounge room a door leads to a second bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and hydro-massage bath. A third double bedroom, with a mezzanine area where an extra bed for a child can be added. This area can become a private area for a family group. Still from the large lounge room another door leads to a large suite, with a cooking area, a large double bed, a reading area and a bathroom with a shower. This room can also be accessed by the external staircase.
