The P&V Holiday Resort Cap Esterel is beautifully situated i very luxuriant surroundings in Agay, 9 km from Saint-Raphaël and 30 km from Cannes. Agay is a pleasant little village, situated in a natural bay surrounded by the Esterel Mountains. On the east side of the village you find the little Anthéor Mountain. On the west side is Le Dramont, a huge red rock, which is a favorite climbing place. Just off Le Dramont there is a little rocky island, Ile d'Or, one of the 60 most beautiful places in France. Agay has two wonderful sandy beaches.
This residence is a pedestrian village, situated in superb natural surroundings between the forest area of the Esterel and the sea. The residence is divided into 3 areas: The Village Area, situated in the heart of a 9-hole golf course overlooking the Bay of Agay, offers shaded squares and pleasant gardens with small streets, boutiques and restaurants. Possible to choose a sea view. The Hamlet Area, located between Le Dramont beach and the estate centre, is the most quiet area. The majority of the apartment have a sea view. In the Lakeside Area the apartments are located beneath the Hamlet, on the estate's outskirts and along the lakeside. The small provencal-style buildings are located in landscaped surroundings. The village centre can be reached on foot (12 minutes) or by a small train.
The residense is a paradise for children with a large choice of children's clubs (free of charge during summer 2010) adapted to each age group. It is a truly multi-activity site with over 40 activities: golf, hiking, water sports, mountain biking, tennis, a circus school, flying trapeze, pony club, pétanque, volley ball, mini basket, mini foot, archery ect. The Village Area offers 1 swimmingpool with 380 m2 capacity, heated and supervised, and a play pool with 1100 m2 capacity with whirlpools, fountains, wave machines, water slides, and diving area. Paddling pool. In the Hamlet Area you will find a swimming poll measuring 455 m2 and a paddling pool. 2 children's fun pools, one of which is exclusively for toddlers (reserved for the children's clubs when open). The residence also offers a paying private beach with deckchairs, table and parasols. 1-2 bedroom apt. with sea view, 6-7 pers., 37-42 m2.
The apartment offers: living area with 2 single sofa-beds, 1 being a pull-out bed, kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 cabin room with 2 fold-back bunk beds with storage space, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and balcony or terrace (Some apartments are duplex + 1 shower room).
