Situated at 1850 m., Orcières Merlette, paradise for children, offers an ideal holiday for the whole family. Opposite the Ecrins National Parc with its height of 4000 m., Orcières Merlette offers the convivial atmosphere of a resort-village under the blue sky and the sun of the Southern Alps, in enchanting surroundings between Champsaur and Dévoluy.
The exceptional skiing area with more than 100 km of pistes, 30 snow cannons, 28 lifts and 50 pistes for cross-country skiing is equipped with a brand new cable railway “Télémix de Rocherousse” which ensure the access of the new skiing area of Roche Brune culminating at 3000 m.
The magnificent traditional chalet-residence constructed in wood and stone is situated at 1850 m., in the heart of the station, at 50 m. from the “télémix” (ski lift) and at 300 m. from the sport centre. It is composed of 72 apartments and offers a sauna, fitness room, relaxation room, room with fireplace, entrance hall, indoor and outdoor parking.
